Network Consultant – Implementations

Installation of new and replacement hardware technology as well as troubleshooting-fault isolation of network related outages/issues. This included the Downtown Chicago facilities occupying over 45 floors, a Data Center and over 50 branches.

Managed Add/Move/changes as assigned over existing network, including remodeling of existing space, new buildout as required and decommissioning of Legacy network and components.

Coordinated network related tasks with various lines of business, outside vendors, and Building Services/trades. Was responsible for Network Compliance as it related to the physical changes impacting the Bank Network.

Participated in various Bank acquisitions which included site visits to determine scope of network connectivity requirements. Implemented much of the requirements and adhered to Bank standards. Also provided complete and accurate documentation to Network Support.

Assisted with implementation of changes to various Trading Floors and was point of contact for involved trades and outside vendors.

Participated in the creation of and provided support for the Bank Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Process.

Participated in all aspects of Procedure standards and ongoing documentation for Bank Network.

Maintained and documented all work requests coming into the Implementations Department.

Assisted in the creation and ongoing documentation of all Network assets.
