Keane is an unclaimed property company, that works with clients to achieve their goals and compliance with state unclaimed property laws and regulations, while identifying and mitigating the risks associated with non-compliance.
As an Operations Specialist in the Mail Operations department of Keane, I am tasked with ensuring Keane’s records are updated with new information, everyday regarding our clients and their representatives. In this position, I have worked with a team to keep up a high bar of quality, when both receiving mail and sending correspondence. Over the past year and a half, I have been tasked with new responsibilities, with a specific eye towards detail and quality control. These tasks have led to a better environment and more efficient team inside of the company.
Using my skills and ability to work in a team environment, I have been able to solve problems and alleviate situations, that have arisen. During my work tenure, I have grown to understand how to work under pressure, while still ensuring the quality of work does not fall to subpar. After working through multiple outgoing mail cycles, I have become a better employee, with improving time management and communication between coworkers.

After completing an intensive three (3) week training course, I was assigned to the Recordkeeping group as a Processing Associate. In this role I am responsible for entering files and new data into Vanguard’s processing systems. Over the course of the last year, I have consistently met all departmental processing quotas while meeting or exceeding Vanguard’s rigorous quality control standards. In addition to the above, have communicated problems to other groups / departments in an effective and efficient manner.
