Vehicle Inventory Management June 2017 – Current

Working directly with 4 clients that opted to pay for a personalized service handling vehicle inventory, taking away that aspect of the Account Executive's duties to free them up for other important items that needed to be tackled day-to-day for their clients.

Entering new hire information; assist so that MVR (Motor Vehicle Records) can be run to ensure they are eligible to drive a company vehicle.

Assign vehicles from surplus & if nothing is available let the AE know so they can work with their client to order new or locate an Out of Stock unit.

Coordinating weekly or bi-monthly action register calls with clients & also sending reports as requested; ie rental & surplus reports so clients understand vehicle orders may be needed to have a cushion of surplus units available in case of a large hiring wave.

Contacted dealerships to track vehicles possibly left there that were at the end of their lease life & replaced by a new vehicle, ensuring dealerships have all new vehicle paperwork required to license new units (if applicable), requesting auction pick-up for units no longer in service to be sold for fair market value.

Entered requests into our Out of Stock system to assist clients that request for a particular vehicle they've located at a dealer.

Getting notarized documentation assembled & sent out.

Handling overnight packages & logging them, sorting mail into AE mail boxes.

Entering checks into our CheckMate system, then having management approve them so finance can complete billing, as well as any other tasks as assigned.

Driver Services Associate September 2013 – August 2016

Worked directly with drivers allowed a leased company vehicle through Wheels, as well as dealerships & vehicle maintenance vendors.

Assisted drivers with locating in-network maintenance vendors to get work done on their cars, which Wheels would cover & bill their company for so the driver did not have to pay out of pocket.

Other support included being able to take a first notice of loss if the driver was in an accident in the company car, directing or towing them to a body shop, setting up a rental (if needed), & providing them any other instructions per their employer.

Worked with several departments, like the registration (compliance) department to ensure vehicles are always street legal.

Plus several other service skills like ordering, tax compliance etc.
