AT ACC Cement Limited (Lafarge Holcim Group)

Maintenance of 2 MVA, 750 KVA, 50 KVA, Transformers substation and switchgears (33KV, 3.3KV HT Panels, LT VFD(Apron feeders) and LRS Starter.

Maintenance of 600KW, HT crusher station and their auxiliaries (conveyors, bin weighing, metal separator, belt weighing, twin drive motor, apron feeder and DOL & Star Delta Starters) at mine’s.

Maintenance of 3.3 KV, 6 KM Over Head Line.

Maintenance of 33 KV 11.2 KM Over Head Line.

Maintenance of 7.5KM, long over land belt converyor from Mine’s to plant.

Maintenance of Dewatering pump & motors up to 200 KW.

Maintenance of BAG filters, dust suppression system and instruments (RTD, VMS, ZSS, BSS, PCS, DPT, Sensor, Valve).

Previous Work Experience

AT RELIANCE CEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED,

Erection Installation and commissioning, trial was successful. After that we are running the 5 Million ton per annum limestone mine’s and cement plant smoothly.

Installation and commissioning of 8 MVA, 2.5 MVA, 630 KVA, 800 KVA (VFD) Transformers followed by their substation and switchgears (11KV, 6.6KV, Panels, LT VFD(Apron feeders), soft starters.

Erection and Commissioning of 5KM, 6.6KV, Over head lines laying for 400KW, electrical shovel(BEML).

Installation and commissioning of 7.5KM, long over land belt converyor from Mine’s to plant.

Installation and commissioning of 1600KW, HT crusher station and their auxiliaries (conveyors, bin weighing, metal separator, belt weighing, twin drive motor, apron feeder) at mine’s.

Installation and commissioning of PMCC(IMCC, UMC100) panel & their communication with DCS.

Installation and commissioning of 125KVA, DG set (3 No.s) with distribution panel and LT compressors (ELGI make).
