I have worked as a part of Talent Acquisition Team as an ‘Experienced Professional Hiring Recruiter’ in Tata Consultancy Services and was responsible for finding, acquiring, assessing and hiring candidates who will add value to the company's growth and are exact fit for business requirements.

Identifying the requirements from the business and their expectations about the position to be filled by taking into consideration the experience, education qualification, flexibility,skill, knowledge and salary of the candidate.

Understanding the market trends and the competition and getting the best fit for the organization.

Implementing various Sourcing and Selection Strategies in order to have cost effective hire.

Work very closely with Sourcing and Operations Team in coordinating drives, ensuring smooth selection process so that the requirement gets closed within stipulated time.

Conducting HR Interviews which includes ‘Salary Negotiations’ to ensure a win-win situation for the candidate as well as the organization. To ensure that we take the ‘Best Hire’.

Responsible for the candidate starting from screening till the on-boarding.

Ensuring a good joining ratio by conducting various connects with the candidates like ‘Coffee Connects’ with the business.

I was also responsible for ‘Careers Portal’ and ‘BYB Query handling’ for Pune Branch. It requires timely response to the candidates who were facing issues while registering/ wanted to know their feedback/ Facing issues with any application/ wanted to refer any candidates.

Description : Class Actions which shows the account details, transaction details of its customers & maintain security of the transactions of its customers was a .net migration project which involve development of BI reports is used to generate customizable reports to users and support decision making.

My role : Development of reports in BI Publisher 10g and OBIEE.

Responsibilities:

Worked in Bi Publisher 10g (Formally known as Xml Publisher) for the creation of XML Data template in bipublisher.

Created reports Layout templates in bi publisher.
