Projects worked on : Mini-Project - CHASSIS

This project consists of Design, Fabrication & Manufacturing of car’s Chassis. This chassis is used in our car which is made by our team GVA Motorsports. Which is participated in an event of Formula Bharat. Though chassis plays important role in the car so before manufacturing, we have made several designs of chassis in solid works and ANSYS, then started manufacturing of the chassis. Carbon-fiber Monocoque Chassis is costlier so we choose Skeletal Frame Chassis with Front side shock absorber which absorbs 25% of shock impact during vehicle crash.
