Team Leader – RAN Network Integration Engineer for North America Customers. September 2014 - May 2016

Lleading night shift integration team, coordinating engineer’s assignments and roster. Achieving a significant improvement in project processes and way of working during maintenance window for Verizon Carrier aggregation project.

Implementation Manager Support for the project Remote Radio Unit RRU31, ensuring the successful implementation of technical solutions, accountable for acting as the 1st line of escalation for the customer concerning to Integration Activities. Tower Work: Radio migration from radios RRU11 to RRU31, create new radio’s ports, re-route branch allocations. Coordination with Tower Crew to perform configuration changes sector by sector. Pre and post Health check execution.

Ground Work: CDMA and LTE cabinet reconfiguration, update of new radios RRU connection changes. Integration performed with Field Engineer support. Troubleshooting activities. RAN Network Integration Engineer – Radio Access Network LTE and CDMA technologies September 2013 – August 2014.

Integration of CDMA and LTE Digital Unit (DUL), 3G EV-DO mobile broadband migration, RBS 6000 integration.

Emergency call test (e911), verifying routing emergency service call to the correct Public Service Answering Point on for each cell/sector. Training of new resources for e911 call test support. On site and remote commissioning and integration of Core Network subsystems for CDMA technology – Nortel solution, working for North America Region customers such Sprint, Cricket, U.S. Cellular and C Spire.

Network design, specifications and script reviews with Network Design team. Remote integration of Operation and Maintenance (OA&M) nodes for providing a full suite of network management tools and controls.

Remote integration of function processor (FP) and PCU on the Base Station Controller (EBSC), Intra system soft hand off updates between the six-sector cell and its neighbour. Neighbouring border Communication track and drive testing support.

On Site CDMA Legacy traffic migration to CBRS and integration of Base Station Controllers (EBSC) and their voice and data subsystems CPDS and CSVS, to increase voice traffic capacity and reducing footprint, monitoring Network performance after completion of integration nodes. Audit acceptance test with customer.

Media Gateway Greenfield Integration, Hardware and port testing, Commissioning and provisioning cards, optical port readings and software upgrade, applying licenses per provisioned card. Media Gateway and Gateway Controller Integration and enrolment. Remote Monitoring of Packet MSC Call data to analyse network performance or possible deviation after trunk migrations.
