Senior Construction Inspector
Responsible for projects involving two of the firm’s clients, Baltimore Washington International Airport and the county of Washington County. Worked with Superintendents to ensure the correct materials were used and supervised crews to ensure jobs were done correctly, safely, and they would pass inspections. Supervised up to 20 subs and their crews per day on various kinds of commercial building projects such as water and sewer installations, site work, foundations, building construction, and parking lot construction. Reviewed plans, read blueprints and specifications to see what materials were needed to meet requirements. Prepared reports, coordinated with project Superintendents, and monitored job progress to keep jobs on course.
