Sourced candidates via Indeed and LinkedIn for retail jobs in three US cities innovative new retail channel. Wireless Advocates had partnered with one of the world’s leading electronic’s brands to open their first US stores.

Contract was unexpectedly cut short with the partner company made a “strategy change” and ended the partnership.

Employee Relations Representative supported Sales and Services and Operating Systems team at Microsoft

Managed 62 employees working onsite at Microsoft’s retail stores from New Jersey to Hawaii. Maintained consistent contact with each employee assuring questions were answered and that they were well prepared to complete their assignments.

Conducted new hire phone orientations and provided additional information regarding the companies benefits. All of this was done remotely on the phone.

Developed and preserved relationships with hiring managers. Ensured each manager had my contact information and promptly responded to all requests and concerns.

Confidently and professionally terminated employment with contractors as needed. After employment ended made certain any company owned equipment was returned.
