Used metrics such as price to rent ratio to understand if it is better to rent or buy a home in the city, compared the average salaries and prices of homes to help in a detailed analysis of the market.

• ‘Real-time Log Analytics in AWS’: (AWS – EC2, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, Elasticsearch, Kibana) Performed real-time analytics by ingesting streaming of temperature logs from sensors into AWS through Kinesis, aggregating the data, and persisting the data into AWS S3 through Firehose, consolidated the aggregated data into an Elastic Search domain and visualized the data using Kibana.

• Business Intelligence – ‘Airport Insights': (ETL – Pentaho, MySQL, Tableau) Implemented a Business Intelligence solution for an Airport manager use-case to reduce passenger wait times in airports due to machine issues. Created ETL jobs to extract data from various data sources of the airport and store in a Data Warehouse to perform analytics.
