Implemented the hydrophilic surface manipulation of the biocompatible polymer Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA).
Detecting capacitance changes from the change of permittivity of fluid materials.

Studied the effect of different electric fields on microfluidic cell manipulations.

Implemented Photolithographic and soft lithography process.
