From Aug-2010 to present: Work in one of leading Kuwait Drilling Fluids & Oil Services Company

(MI-SWACO / A Schlumberger Company) in Kuwait as Accountant/Payroll Officer.

From Feb-2007 to Jul-2010: Worked in M/s First National Environmental & Petroleum Services Company. (MI-SWACO / A Schlumberger Company) Kuwait as Accountant.

From Jul-2003 to Jun-2006: Worked in one of leading petroleum M/s Hi Fuel Filling & CNG Station Lahore Pakistan dealer of M/s Total Parco Pakistan Ltd as Accountant. NATURE OF WORKS INVOLVED:-

Core Competencies: Financial Reporting, Budget & Forecasting, Reconciliations, Auditing, Cash Flow Analysis, Month/Period End Closing, Stock Inventory.

Maintaining their Daily sale/purchase book, Salary Sheet, Monthly Closing Sheet, Petty cash, Journal

Create/maintain monthly salary and salary transfer bank upload files as per department and shown file.

Responsible for review staff monthly time sheet (in/out time, overtime hours, late hours, miss punch, absent, sick leave, w/off) as per Kuwait Labor Law.

Responsible of salary & leave entries into the Company’s general ledger and posting of all entries into the accounting system.

Record update deduction, absent, sick leave, annual leave, permission leave, air ticket, house rent, school fee, car, mobile sim etc.

Maintains employee information by creating employee profiles for new staff on HR system as per department and also existing staff to ensure that the staff list is updated in the system and manage all personnel files for staff record individual with electronic and hard copy.

Support Finance/Admin Manager update on monthly salary, vacation & existing employee settlement and answering their queries.

Assist in internal and external auditor’s process (salary, no of staff in/out, leave & indemnities value) and answering their queries.
