Preventive maintenance of motors.

Routine test of motor Generator transformer, Auxiliary transformer.

Attend breakdown and it’s solve.

Maintenance of PMCC pane, MCC panel, Drive panel.

Also involve on the Preparation of shutdown schedules and preventive maintenance schedules.

Arrange require material for maintenance.

Preventive maintenance of 132 KV/11 KV Switchyard, HT Panel.

2.Rishi Engineering Urjankur at M/S Urjankur Shree Tatyasaheb Kore Warana Power Co. Ltd. Warana nagar Dist- Kolhapur

I had working with Rishi Engineering. As electrical Electrical for its Sugar and 44 MW Power plant.

To ready Shift report

In Shift, To check Parameter of Generator, Power transformer, Aux. Transformer.

To Check Motor Vibrations, Drive panel

Maintenance of Motor, LT-HT Panel as per given schedule.

3. M. Electricals & Enterprises at M/S Ultra Tech Cement Grinding Unit

I had working with M. Electricals & Enterprises at M/S Ultra Tech Ltd., Cement Grinding Unit, Navegaon. As an Electrical Engineer For its 250 TPH Grinding Unit

Key Activities:

Preventive maintenance of LT & HT Motors

Routine test of 15 MVA, 2.5 MVA X 4 nos. transformer, Auxiliary transformer.

Maintenance of PMCC panel, MCC panel, Drive panel.

Also involve on the Preparation of shutdown schedules and preventive maintenance schedules.

Trouble shooting of H.T and L.T Panel by study of drawings.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly schedule of the field execution for all maintenance and modification works.

Actively involved in preparing & establishing of electrical safety system such as Implementation of Energy Isolation System (LOTOTO), permit to work (PTW) procedure, conducting training session.

I had workingwith BS Ispat LTD. Situated atWarora (Chandrapur) as an

Electrical Engineer. For its 25 MW power plant project & commissioning. After commissioning involved electricalmaintenance and looking after running plant activities.

Installation and commissioning of 33/11KV substation with 15 MVA Transformer & 2.5 MVA transformers.

RTCC panel and Relay metering panel & all MCC, PMCC, HT panel erection and control wiring testing.

I had working at Shree SidhabaliIspat Ltd. in Chandrapuras Project Engineer. I was assigned to 1 X 20 MW power plant project. I am engaged on Sponge Iron 100 TPH Pre-Heater Kiln from July 2008.

Period: Aug 2008 to Feb.2012

Key Activities in Power plant project:

Installation and commissioning of 33/11KV substation with 15 MVA Transformer& 2.5 MVA transformers.

RTCC panel and Relay metering panel& all MCC, PMCC, HT panel erection and control wiring testing.

AVR, Relay metering panel, Synchronizing panel, NGR panel erection and commissioning.

Erection & commissioning of DCS make ABB &Danfoss Drive

1010 KVA DG set maintenance.

Sponge Iron 100 TPH Pre-Heater Kiln involved PCC panel, VFD panel, PLC and all MCC panel erection and testing of control wiring.

Parallel to this job looking after running plant activities
