PROJECT DETAILS

1) B.E. Project (2016-2017): Multiway hacksaw machine. Description:

In general conventional hacksaw machine is used for the cutting of rods, plates and any circular parts. But the conventional hacksaw machine takes more time to cut each individual part. In order to increase the quantity of the cut pieces within the specific time, the multiway cutting machines are preferred. These machines are capable of cutting the objects with four hack saw machines simultaneously with the single motor and this improves the cutting efficiency.

2) Diploma (2013-2014): Electromagnetic Piston Engine Description:

This engine work on the principle of magnetic repulsion between two magnet. This electromagnetic engine consists of two magnets one of them is an electromagnet and other one is a permanent magnet. Permanent magnet act as piston and electromagnet located at the top of the cylinder. The electromagnet energized by a battery source of suitable voltage and the polarities of electromagnet are set in such a way that it will repel the permanent magnet i.e. piston from TDC to BDC. There is a solenoid formed in which current is passed result in magnetic flux. Switching of electromagnet is control by relay. TECHNICAL SKILLS
