ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Bandpass Filter Design Using Coupled Line Coupler: AUG 2017 - DEC 2017 Designed and fabricated a micro strip coupled line band pass filter at 2.1 GHz (Fc). Here the FOM of BPF was improved Using tuning and optimization. EM simulation using MOM of Keysight’s ADS is performed.
Micro strip Impedance Matching circuit: AUG 2017 - DEC 2017 Designed and fabricated a micro strip impedance matching circuit for a non-50 ohm load to 50 ohms with maximum 10 dB return loss bandwidth. The measured bandwidth was 10%. Simulated and measured data were compared.
Lumped Low pass filter: JAN 2018 – MAY 2018
Designed and tested a low pass filter with a series inductor and shunt capacitors (3 dB frequencies at 300 MHz). Comparison of reflection and transmission characteristics of actual measured to ideal performance from the ADS.
Micro-strip Impedance matching circuit: JAN 2018 – MAY 2018 Designed and tested an impedance matching circuit by using approximate tuning and optimization in ADS.
Distributed Low pass filter: JAN 2018 – MAY 2018 Designed with prototype values of Chebyshev filter and measured the filter performance in ADS.
