Gather tools needed to install/remove blinds, gate valves or pressure control valves

Operations assist opening plugs and release valves, hooking up steam hoses.

Grinded bevels into pipe, added landings and/or removed landings depending on welding method. Checked bevels with levels.

Used jacks and levels to fit pipe. Fit up using 2 hole bolts, dogs, levels and squares.

All aspects of welding, including, pipe fitting, signaling cranes, heavy construction, rigging and scaffling.

Fabrication, reading blue prints, CAD program.

Perform minor maintenance on equipment and report complex issues to management.

Performed safety leader responsibilities and held pre-job and safety briefs.

Followed precise detailed work packages/procedure packages.

Worked on very sensitive safety related nuclear systems.

Security clearance for unescorted access to nuclear facilities.
