CAREER OVERVIEW

I have 10+ years experience in web development, all being self taught. My career as a freelance developer started by doing work for a past client using the vBulletin forum script. I did work using that software for a few years and then I discovered Wordpress. I have been working in Wordpress ever since. I have done almost all you can do in Wordpress. I have created plugins from scratch, edited other peoples plugins, and done the same with themes. I have done small one off jobs and big time consuming jobs.

With that said, for the future, I hope to better my skills and finally have a collection of clients, if not just one big client, that love my work and come to me any time they have something more to work on. My ultimate goal is to be a part of something on the web that will have a big (positive) impact on the Internet, worldwide.

I took one basic computers class during my high school career as-well as another class the allowed for various projects, one being web design. This class is where i got my first shot at web development.

For this site, I took a PSD file and created a fully working, fully responsive Wordpress theme. I also had to create some custom systems to go with the theme. With this came what you see as-well as an admin system in the backend.

I was a contractor for https://www.catenamedia.com/for almost 2 years. I worked on a variety of different projects for them, such as plugin building, theme coding, and bug fixes.

Those are the most notable sites I have done work on. There are others that I did small projects for, from installing scripts, to just creating a small table.
