. Working as “OPERATION ENGINEER” with BHARTI AIRTEL (Via:-SHREE RAM TELECOM)

. Application: - Oracle Metasolv(M6), MS SQL Server, FX, IB2B(Integrated Business to Business)

Check and maintain the application logs which is creating on regular basis.

To manage and prevent the Revenue loss of Airtel which is also comes into billing related cases.

To calculate the billing logic that what should be the start date and end date which is very crucial from business and application prospective.

Skills in SQL development.

An in-depth grasp of SQL reporting, analytics and business intelligence.

Use the Max IT, Service Now, UTS, ticketing tool – ECRM to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions.

Use the ORACLE tool Metasolv for reference of RA (Revenue Assurance) to view/check customer provisioning details.

I performed ticket analysis, service interruption analysis, triaging of issue and follow up with relevant teams for resolution.

Good knowledge in excel and libre office (Vlookup, concatenate, making DDL and DML queries, etc).
