for traffic control and VIP parking on events days. Monitors No Parking, Loading Zone and Emergency

Parking zones on the premises and perimeter and keeps them free of inappropriate vehicles.

fire extinguishers to ensure all are charged, and for maintaining annual recharging schedule. Monthly

testing of emergency devices, including battery-operated smoke detectors, duress buttons, back

up lighting, elevator call phones, and wireless call buttons. Annual testing of emergency devices as

required.

•Responds immediately to emergency calls and clears way for emergency vehicles and personnel,

directs them to the emergency scene and provides information of the incident to them. Records any

contact with emergency services (fire, paramedics, police) and provides information to supervisor.

Responsible for assisting in filing police reports on incidents and thefts, and for calling city regarding

hazardous conditions on the adjacent streets and alleys, as directed. Assists staff with abusive

patients.
