My role was to maintain the men's department, set the shop up accordingly and take the district manager through the store to inform them of how my shop was preforming. Organizing staff in my section on how to best situate themselves to be able to get the most work done while maintaining a good customer-work-stress free balance. I wanted to make sure that there that the jobs and duties were all met, without resulting in burnout or lack of effort while on shift.
