2017-8 Halion Technologies-Field Technician: Trouble-shooting issues with desktops, printers, POS, OS, applications, etc.

2016-7 SmartSource/Sava Senior Care-Field Technician: Replacing and/or upgrading servers, routers, switches, fire-walls, WAPS, kiosks, tablets, desktops & laptops as well as configuring and imaging kiosks, tablets, desktops & laptops.

2016-7 Vodastra-Field Technician: Imaging HP workstations to be deployed by users and restoring data to them that was backed up from the old workstation. Setting up with network connectivity, printers and installing variable software.

2016 A3/CompuCom/MHA-Deployment Technician: Deployed Lenovo laptops with new docking station (and desktops) to the networks, Microsoft Office 2013, network printers, dual 22” LED monitors (with HDMI cabling) along with Bluetooth keyboards and mice.
