Provide support to forging design engineers and die coordinator;

Create 3D drawings and revise existing drawings on 3D Software Like solidworks, solidedge, inventor

Ensure that forging drawings, bills of material, assembly drawings and component specifications meet standards and best engineering practices;

Aid in engineering change implementation throughout all departments;

Perform checking of Plastice & Rubber Molding die designs and associated drawings;

Provide design geometry to external die shops;

Assist in creating solid models, assemblies and detailed drawings as required;

Follow procedures of the company quality system as required;

Knowledge of GD&T, ISO 2768, ASME Y 14.5 drafting standards.

Knowledge of considerations required in selection and calculation of motors, ball screws, LM guideways, couplings, pneumatic drives, drag chain, bearings, gearbox, gas spring using Catalogues.

Machine, Product and Fixture design starting from Concept development.
