Manager of Environmental Services//Branch Manager – Recruited by this Massachusetts-based laboratory and consulting firm as the #2 person to be hired to open their Connecticut office. Sole Engineer and Lead Consultant for the Connecticut branch. Specific projects included: wastewater, groundwater, drinking water, storm water, soil and air. In addition to technical and supervisory duties (described below), responsibilities include: proposal development; contract negotiation/administration and office administration, including billing and accounting.
