FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Performed troubleshooting, maintenance, preventive maintenance and installation of lottery Point of Access (POA) equipment and communication devices used at the lottery retailer location, while following company policies to accurately confirm, accept and close service calls via automated dispatch system. Duties also were to appropriately document service activities, and process and maintain consumables according to site policy. Interfaced at basic levels with third-party communication network providers to effectively troubleshoot communication problems at lottery retailer locations. Other responsibilities were to accurately maintain stock and document equipment, parts and consumables inventory; clearly and concisely documented retailer installation, changes and removals.

INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Duties were to ensure production machines and equipment are safe and functional, including the installation, repair and performance of routine maintenance. Demonstrated ability to perform basic electrical repair. Offer maintenance and repair services around the clock. Disassembled tools to eradicate malfunctioning parts. Prepared reports on machines and repairs required for managers. Performed timely inspections of building ventilation, dust collecting, fire extinguishing, and auxiliary power systems.

POWER GENERATION

Led maintenance operations for +50 units of power generation equipment. Duties were to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain power generation equipment and engines by adjusting valves, carburetors, alternators, solenoids and regulators; perform maintenance services such as lubrications, oil change, and radiator flushes; repair small motor generators.

WAREHOUSE PRODUCTION

As a package/material handler, was responsible for shipping/receiving of company’s products via conveyor belt using various warehouse tools including RF Scanners, fork lifts, pallet jacks, and utility knives (box-cutter), in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
