Current: St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center - (02/2006 - 09/2016)

* February 07 - August 08: Worked as a Nutritional Service Aide, responsible for delivering food trays to patients throughout the hospital. Helped out in the kitchen where needed.

* August 08 - December 08: Promoted to Materials Technician. Responsibilities included: Checking vendor checks for correct product ordering, sending back any damaged or wrong items. Main responsibility included using Lawson in order to put our purchases into inventory, as well as placing orders through Lawson.

* December 08 - February 2013: Promoted to Business Systems Specialist for the Nutritional Services.

* Main responsibility is helping with the new implementation of our new foodservice program (Computrition).

* After our go live date, will be responsible for any adjustments needed to the program as well as the day to day maintenance of it.

* Also deal with the implementation of VMware for Nutritional Services. Making sure that there are no problems with the clients. Started working in a Thin Client test environment in 2010 to prepare our department for a full roll out of Thin Clients.

* In mid-2011 Responsible for preparing our Call Center to move to a full Room Service program using a Thin Client environment running Windows 7 alongside using Cisco Agent Desktop.

* Since 2011 have been responsible for 2 servers running in a VMware environment (Windows Server 2003/Windows Server 2008), Call Center running 6 Thin Client machines with access to 12 Virtual Desktops at any given time, also monitor close to 40 Virtual Desktops for the department that are outside of the Call Center. Evaluate and fix problems as needed on a daily basis.

* February 2013 - September 2016 - Handle all of Epic security for the Epic software at St. Joseph's.

•Creating and maintaining certain aspects of Active Directory on the network in regards to logins and memberships.

•Maintain LDAP for all 15 Epic environments. Resolve issues that arise from network or maintenance work.

•Involved in multiple meetings to better the organization around the on-boarding process of users as well as off boarding of users. Work with both Network Engineers and System Engineers on a daily basis to tighten up security revolving around the Epic platform.

•Responsible for provisioning users for Epic access, this includes configuring EMP and SER master files within Epic.

•Handle audits from outside sources as well as internal audits using SQL and Epic itself.

•Certified in Epic 2012, 2014 and 2015
