DATA ANALYSIS IN ACOUSTIC RESEARCH (2014 –2018)
Generating discrete sound pressure data through experimental measurements and numerical modelling using COMSOL and MATLAB to study sound propagations through periodic media.
Acoustic data cleaning and filtering using MATLAB inbuilt filters and windows to prepare the data for visualizations.
Exploratory data analysis with frequency and time domain discrete ultrasonic pressure data to visualize sound attenuation using MATLAB plotting tools.
Preparing movies from time series pressure data to visualize negative refraction and sound focusing using MATLAB.
Statistical analysis of frequency data using tools in MATLAB to enhance the band structure plots.
DATA ANALYSIS WITH R AND PYTHON
Used supervised classification technique (Logistic Regression modeling, and Decision tree) to analyze diabetes data.
