Work Experience

25 years overall experience in Oil and Gas, Petro chemicals, Power industries including pre commissioning, hook up, and mechanical completion .Prepare daily progress report send to managements, arrange meeting with the engineers, discussed the problem give solution technically. Ensure the latest drawings documents available at site. Arranged welders qualification and renewal, Reduce the repair percentage, including zero man hour loss.

Job summery

Leads the working group in the project in systematically planning, scheduling, Prepare and approval of procedures like welding procedure, welder training, safety procedure, risk assessments, Quality procedure with coordination of the concern department. Pre fabrication of piping spools, supports, NDT, Preservation of the fabricated spools, supports and equipment’s, Prepare the hydro test and pre commissioning baggage, in system wise. After punch list by the company, Epc, and client, prepare Excel sheet, keep record, close the punches before hydro test and pre commissioning and hook-up coordinate the vendors timely available at site.

Roles and responsibilities

•Leadership for environmental safety and health injury/and fire prevention on the project.

•Take appropriate action against unsafe condition, behaviors, to mitigate and eliminate. Teach safe work behavior and practice at all time in conjunction with the area HSSE supervisor.

•Zero accident philosophy is followed in every aspect of construction operations and activities.

•Improve the workshop staff competence and arange the adequate training, supervision, motivation and developments towards to support improving the work on stream time and active excution of the manpower.

•Work requirements, schedule to work performed and reviews by each crafts monitor quality of work performed.

•Work accordance with the project quality expectation and requirements, use most current design documents to complete the work, all design changes are approved prior to implementation.

•Approve crafts time records in appropriate manner with efficiant man power utilization.

•Report and forecasts including summary of construction progress, manpower forecasts including expenditure forecasts

•Prepare tools and materials usage at site to ensure timely availability at site. consumables, major equipment mobilize and demobilize.

•Preservation the project permanent materials and equipment stored accordance with the project specifications.

•Implementation of the medium and short term planning to achieve the project schedule and budget control with support from field engineering.

•Maintanance of all equipments whithin agreed schedule and priorities and required quality standaards, maintanance documentation is used and kept up to date.

•Support for the development and effective management of annual maitanance shutdown work along with other planned/ unplanned shutdown
