Why me .. My focus has always been on consumer demand and behaviour. I have always been passionate about how to meet consumer expectations and fulfil them to maximum limit possible. I know for a fact that, if consumer’s expectations are met, they will be loyal towards that brand and company.

I started in E-commerce back in 2013, part-time and took up completely from 2015 with the said company. What I do .. Manage order fulfilment, timely SLA delivery and high level customer satisfaction.
