August 15, 2008

To: Mr. Robert Sciotto’s Reference

Subject: Recognition of Outstanding Performance

Dear Sirs and/or Madams:

The purpose of this letter is one of recognition. I find it necessary from time to time to recognize outstanding work. Mr. Robert Sciotto (Bob), is such a person where it is found recognition must be recognized.

Bob’s abilities on a technical level, administrative level and personal level were invaluable in helping establish a notable construction presence on a very complex development project known as Grand Pacific Resort in Carlsbad California. Bob’s conscientious effort in managing all aspects of Site work has been invaluable. His prowess and construction / engineering technical proficiency enabled Hazard to meet critical construction schedules at various stages of this development. Stewarding his teams through complex stages of work concurrent with overlapping trades, plus maintaining a high degree of professional respect from his employees, peers, and the resort ownership personnel, was outstanding.

His responsibilities at the Grand Pacific site were formidable. From raw land Bob’s team transformed 56 acres to a beautiful resort facility, which includes two hotels, a resort equipped with swimming pools, restaurants, conference centers, and other amenities, of which Bob had a hand in ALL areas.

In part, Bob’s responsibility was directly responsible for an inventory of work of all trades in excess of $14 Million Dollars. His excellence in tasks to manage, schedule, coordinate, supervise (hundreds of employees), engineering, troubleshoot, problem solve and even fortune tell made time job much easier and produced an outstanding product.

He is efficient, innovative, and resourceful hard working family man, and a joy to work with for the past two years. His ability to make [it] happen is what makes the difference in this fine person.

I’m privileged to have had the opportunity to work with Mr. Sciotto who I find genuine, is of high character, exceedingly knowledgeable in his profession, and a true asset to anyone who employs him.
