SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Carried out the duties of Safety Director for Construction companies performed: U.S Army Corp of Engineer projects, infrastructure for new facilities including underground utilities, demolition, environmental remediation, asbestos abatement, heavy highway construction, steel erection and Beef possessing. Mentored, trained 100s of construction, general industry and day labors. Developed zero accident safety cultures with organizations that were previously burdened with out of control employee injuries and associated workers comp claims cost. This was accomplished by managing claims and instilling a strong stay at work/return to work and a keep earning and producing safely, safety culture. Superintendent of site hazardous waste characterization and the remediation on six successful uranium mill clean ups and closure projects (UMTRA) for the Department of Energy in the four corners region.

Yocha De He Nation - Cache Creek Casino Safety Professional Originally brought to the nation as the $300M casino expansion project safety director. This task was completed right up to pre-construction sub-contractor safety plan and JHA submittal and review process before the project was put on the back burner by the nation due to a dip in the economy. This allowed me the opportunity to oversee the safety culture in the existing casino, resort, golf course, hotel and their 23 kitchens and dining facilities and restaurants. Focused on reducing costly injuries by analyzing process hazards and training coworkers to utilize tools more effectively and creating a positive, no one gets hurt today safety culture in one of Americas biggest beef processing facilities (slaughter house). Our very successful efforts were rewarded with being recognized as one of Americas safest companies in 2004 by EHS Magazine. • Received recognition for significantly reducing recordable injuries (greater than 50%) in both 2003 and 2004 by the National Safety Council of Michigan while at Packerland- Plainwell.
• Recognized for the greatest reduction of recordable injuries at a facility with more than one million man-hours annually in 2003 and 2004 also presented by National Safety Council of Michigan while at Packerland-Plainwell.
• Completed 30 months of environmental remediation contract work for the Department of Energy on UMTRA Projects with no recordable injuries. Project crew sizes up to 75 motivated productive employees.
