I've been in the enviromental field for over 15yrs. with a vast array of construction/home improvement expertise. I've overseen over 100 laborers on one particular job at Yale University when they encountered the 2004 exsplosion at there law library. air sampling,recorded paperwork,complied with local, state and federal regulations only to complete the demolition and enviromental cleanup (3) weeks ahead of schedule. I've also taken on the role of heavy equipment operator on certain projects such as bobcat,back hoe, blastrac and mobilized tile remover operater.I am currently searching for a suitable University that fits my schedule to obtain a degree in engineering.

Insure that all trades/contractors are in compliance with the specs, scope and contractual agreements, as well as procurement. I single handedly overseen the field activities of all trades / divisions such as the excavating in which the soil was contaminated and had to be refined with a compose before it could be used to lay out the baseball, football, soccer and basketball field / court. I also opened the project on the daily bases which made me responsible for turning on and off the transformers located in another area of the 40K sq. ft. school renovation and build out. After phase 2 of this particular $47M project I was the go to employee that watch the subcontractor install the new transformers and underground fiber optics and electrical wiring and made sure that they were covered with a concrete barrier to ensure that they were protected in compliance with call before you dig. (CBYD) standards. I watch the surveying of the excavation and read there meters to make sure that they were within the 1000 ft. of sea level required. My tenure the as the project manager / project engineer assistant, shadowing the President of the construction managers of New England has given me the experience that I could not of received at any university or college. I am an instructor for this MN. safety training company that do there CT. instruct and refresh in the RRP / Renovate, Repair and Paint industry do to the alarming amount of lead paint issues in older homes. Most contractor are not aware of the potential hazards that goes along with a renovation and how many lives are affected.
