I worked as a Syrup technician for this new business that produces, processes and sells maple syrup, setting up plastic pipes that collect syrup from the maple trees and that transport it to a sugar processing facility where the raw maple syrup is processed into commercial syrup. I also represented the company as a salesman at county fairs and other locations. In the short time I was with this company we began the production of the Sugar house which is where sap is boiled to make maple syrup and maple sugar.
