Provided essential assessment on patient condition and ongoing evaluation of patient status. Developed care plans based on the disease process, signs and symptoms, as well as spiritual needs and concerns. Administered medications safely to patients and demonstrated unit-specific competencies.
Outpatient Procedural Admitting Area sedating and recovering patients in En doscopy center. Recover and admit patient in pain center and wound care.
