I was born in Italy on September 23th, 1960.

In 1979 I was graduated in the building technical sector (Geometra) like Lands surveyor, Construction Project Management and Architectural Design.

From 1980 to 1988 I worked in a engineer design company, working as a team for many residential, commercial and industrial projects of different sizes.

From 1989 to 1994 I worked in the computer/informatics industry (because this is one of my passions).

From 1994 to 2016 I worked for several construction companies in Italy, up to the expertise in construction project manager and superintendent of works.

In this period, for three consecutive years, I worked with a company of residential buildings and we built buildings of over 50 apartments, besides numerous experiences in single residential buildings or townhouses also of high technological or luxury level.

I participated in public works project teams in which I coordinated the graphic design and architectural parts, all the economic aspects and the timing/resource forecast with gannt diagrams and more.

The most important plans and projects: two mid size hospitals, a large traffic road of about 80 km (with three bridges and tunnels), two purification plants for cities of about 20,000 inhabitants, in which I also actively participated in the construction phases as superintendent.

Moreover, for a period of about three years I have assisted a company of prefabricated industrial and commercial constructions in which we have built about 60 different buildings with personalized design and in many cases finished for their final use, I would like to list in particular a large building used in the cold chain with about 40 thousand square meters and a new plant for a logistic company made up to the keys to the customers.

I use currently the Leica robotic total station and its remote control for my topographic surveys and measurements.

A practice and optimistic person, dedicated to work with passion and desire for new challenges and knowledge, excellent communicator, organized and timely.

In September 2016 I moved to United States (California) for familiar reasons.

During the last 6 years I have participated in professional update training courses in the fields of Project Manager, Energy Manager, Construction in Seismic Zones, Update on construction techniques and materials smart and green Housing. Project BIM based and more.

I am native Italian speaker, I speak also Spanish pretty good and I can finally speak a little English.

Normally I made my own windows-based computers; I have excellent knowledge of the Ms Office package and MS Project, on different management applications and of course advanced design graphics (Autocad, BIM applications, Corel, Adobe,

I am authorized to work in US.
