o Raise ECN as per customer/product requirement.
o Check Design feasibility.
o DFMEA and PFMEA.
o Preparing the SOP's i.e. Standard Operating Procedure, for Die casting process, post foundry process, machining process, liquid painting & powder coating process, assembly process of parts, SPM operating sop & special introduced process sop's.
o Product development through lean methodology.
o Inspection plan and MDR(Manufacturing defect rate) o Conducting the RTY study for yield calculation.
o Application of lean manufacturing tools to line balancing & single piece flow.
o Preparing the material handling concept on the basis of RFQ data o Communication & co-ordination with supplier for new product material handling proposal.
o Maintain 5S in office area
o RFQ Costing input sheet(Material handling Cost),Designing of Bins o Plant Layout in software Cadopia
o Process validation

Change Materials (PCMs) utilising copper coil and
using this energy to heat water and store it for
domestic purposes during hours of low solar
radiation for Latent heat thermal energy storage.
This ensures that hot water is available throughout the day.

Description It is quite difficult for normal robots to climb the staircase because it does not have any support while climbing stairs, which may leads them to easily fall.Stair climbing robot has such provision which support it while climbing the staircase. it has tri wheel shaped wheels which has peripheral grip. Due to which robot does not fall or slips while climb.
