Conducted motor test such as megger test.

Analysed and tested machines outputs and maintenance procedures using PDMA standards and MCEMAX tool.

Conducted visual microscopic inspections of screw holes on device chassis for signs of stress/strain, changing chassis in case of failure to increase durability.

Developed and conducted annual preventive maintenance procedure on IV pumps to increase percentage reliability.

Conducted repairs such as fluid shield, pump and circuit board related repairs as well as pressure recalibrations on IV pumps (plum 360).

Analyzed and reconfigured network identification parameter such SSID, WPA2 settings etc. on pumps communication channel as well as changing bandwidth from a 2.5GHz to 5GHz for faster operation speed.

Reduced power shortages in new streets by using load flow characteristic graphs to identify areas that needed more equipment like transformers, circuit breakers.

Developed test methodology for SF6 circuit breakers and other switchgears for maintenance purposes to industry standards to ensure reduction in circuit breaker failure.

Designed and built an electromechanical RF bidirectional control system for the conveyor motor carrying palms fruits to the steam room ensuring efficiency of the plant.

Designed communications systems (Wi-Fi 802.11n 5GHz, 450Mbps and updated SQL databases) and fire alarm systems in 4 facilities.

Analysed and performed test requirements on machine windings to company/safety standards to ensure reliability.

Design an improved system for power substation of the factory’s thermal plant to decrease voltage fluctuations hence increasing AC machines efficiency.

Acted as liaison to corroborate plans between contractors and base technical-management personnel. Facilitated strong communications between cross-functional teams and personnel.
