Title: “inspection of axial propeller fan by advanced hydraulic pressure test” at BHEL ranipet,vellore.

Aim

Aim of the project would test the final axial propeller before the usage in the industry The testing would be done by high pressure hydraulic pump in all the segments of the Axial propeller. This project overcomes the conventional testing process by reduction of Testing time and manpower usage. The existing testing process test the individual Segments whereas this project test the whole propeller of 23 segments in a single hydro Testing method.
