CURRENT ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for planning function, receiving the Schedule, Production planning and Delivery

Responsible for preparing production plan monthly, weekly & daily

Preparing SAP Material requirement planning and generating shortage list well in advance to reduce line stoppers

Meeting the production target on daily basis. Analyze & implementing immediate corrective action

Daily generation of shortage list for next 3days

Interacting with internal departments for on-time delivery commitments

(Production, Marketing and SCM)

Monitoring daily stock of long lead parts (Imports) to avoid line stoppage

Daily clearance of COGI / Negative stock by daily SAP analysis

Working towards cycle time reduction & establishing time standards for new products

Process plan preparation

Stock monitoring in SAP for operating with optimum inventory

Responsible for training workmen for safety, quality, process control to enhance competency level

Key role in maintaining Discipline, General Cleanliness & Harmonious environment inside the plant

Preparation of documents & maintaining records for ISO / TS 16949 ACHIEVEMENTS:

Reduced line stoppers at customer end by establishing sequential pull system.

Reduce material Shortages and line Stoppers in assembly.
