Responsibilities include: working with and prequalifying subcontractors for onboarding, processing subcontractor invoices, managing the generation and completion of scope development, design/value engineering, contract generation, budgets and schedules. 2/15-12/17 Sun Valley Solar Solutions Chandler, AZ Title: Commercial Project Manager

Duties: Manages commercial projects from sold status to completed, while keeping the customer informed with weekly reporting. Responsible for managing subcontractors, sourcing and purchasing all job materials, maintaining multiple project budgets simultaneously, and creating and maintaining schedules. Achievements: Successfully managed 11MW worth of commercial solar projects, while saving in excess of $200k. Duties: Oversees the design and permitting process with local utilities and municipalities. Coordinates and conducts site visits to assess the condition of the roof and performs a full shade analysis. Works with engineers to determine project layout: panels, strings, inverters, disconnects, etc. prior to working drawings being created. Achievements: Effectively processed $8mm of revenue in first two quarters, which was twice that of any other region.
