• Managed design and construction at National Wind Technology C ranging from experimental, cutting edge First of a Kind (FOAK) renewable energy technologies to general construction activities.
• Managed Congressional Line Item funded NREL $67M Research Support Facility (RSF) expansion, performance based Design Build, FOAK, and is the world’s largest net zero office building, totaling 370,000sf.
• Day to day RSF activities included prepare Critical Decision (CD) 2/3 package for approval by OECM including PEP, Risk Management Plan, cost estimating and WBS, preparation of RFP, preparation of award fee plan, day to day management of the project including EVMS, control account manager, management of change orders, inputting cost and schedule, integrating schedules, preparing and giving monthly project updates to senior management, change order negotiations and CD 4 closeout.
• Managed CLI funded $10M 2.2MW Photovoltaic installation, to support the net zero RSF and RSF Expansion facilities and a $7M 12,000sf LEED Platinum Cafeteria with similar functions as above.
