Wizntech IT field service 10/2014- Present

Trouble-shoot, service, repair, and installation of hardware, software on laptops, notebooks, desktops, smart-phones. I worked mostly on Dell, HP Acer, Lenovo and Asus brands. This includes Windows XP,7, 8.1, 10, Mac OSX, Unix, Android, Office 365, IE, Adobe, and different Anti-virus packages, Installed on laptops, PC’s and Mac’s. Among the parts replaced and serviced were motherboards, memory simm cards, graphics cards replacement. I also, worked extensively with UPS devices whether they were stand alone or rack mounted devices. Furthermore, diagnosed, troubleshot, and serviced ink-jet, and laser printers. Some of the troubleshooting was done using remote desktop including Microsoft RDT and Adobe goto. Manage network administration while in office.
