Quality Analyst, BPA International 2017 Present My duties include monitoring customer service and quality standards of our clients and reporting on the identified parameters. This role involves reporting to the client and analyzing various data given to us on a daily basis. District Development Supervisor, Racetrac Petroleum; Orlando FL- 2005-2016 4/26/05-10/1/05: I served as Food Service Manager at one of their locations. This entailed managing the inventory, safety, operation and cleanliness of all foods= service initiatives and equipment within my location. 10/1/05-11/15/05: I served as an Entry Level Manager with this company. My focuses were handling the daily sales, operations and inventory on my designated shifts.

11/15/05-12/06/06: I served as an Assistant Manager for this company were I worked in tandem with the general manager to ensure that all procedures and policies were followed in addition to handling the daily sales, operations and inventory on my designated shifts.

12/06/06-7/31/12: I served as a General Manager with this Company. I operated a unit that generated upwards of $10M in annual revenue. In this position I was responsible for both the financial and personnel performance within my unit. This involved creating and execution of plans to increase sales and productivity, and focusing on continuity of the business personnel. Training and development of further leaders was a big part of not only my duties, but my success in this role as I played a key role in the development of over 90 leaders during my tenure as a General Manager and Implemented various sales and profit growth initiatives that are still used at the company today.

As a HR Development Supervisor I lead and managed Multiple units with approximately 500 employees. It was proven through my focuses that he best results come from a highly educated, motivated and developed team that is focused on the goals and initiatives of the company.
