My 35 years + Engineering Experience is as follows: Sr. Instrument Project Design Engineer, Auditor /Verification of Instruments Engineering Projects, Commissioning and Plant Start up Engineer/Coordinator, Field Maintenance Engineer, Facility Support Engineer, Engineering Project Manager, Instrument and Electrical Plant Construction Coordinator, Supervisor of Punch List Review & System Turn over to Client, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Supervisor, Thermal Injection Specialist, SIS/SIF and Hazop studies Coordinator, Auditor of Deficiencies of Power Generation Plants. All of these activities are related to Refineries, Petroleum, Gas and Petrochemical Plants, in order to maintain operational integrity. Experience in QA/QC procedures and Project Management. Furthermore, I handled a group of 60 engineers. I was awarded by the Venezuelan College of engineers for 30 years engineering service.
