Molder Specialist // Newport News, VA // October 2002 to July 2018 I was one of two lead mechanics on site, my job functions included the ability to read documentation/blueprints and mold each job to certain specifications.I have 10+ years of lock out tag qualification. I have 10 years of rigging experience, 15 years of forklift experience, 10 years of experience operating a backhoe. As a lead mechanic it was my job to train new hires as well as apprentices when they would rotate to the large molding. For 10+ years I have been make up foreman. My duties as make up foreman were to oversee the crew and insure jobs were being worked as needed, safely and with quality. Also to insure all equipment was running properly. I was also responsible for inputting and verifying employees time and schedules as well as ordering supplies and tools when needed.
