The project involved capturing the response of customers when an offer is shown to them and the interaction between the customer and bank for a product. And based on these interactions and responses we calculate the conversion ratio of the offers presented and analyzing the performance of each offer to see which all offers are underperforming.

The project involved pulling the customers interaction data from different data sources/channels with bank and cleansing the data to populate it in database and create an Interactions mart. This also involved calculating the sessions for each customer through a specific channel and populating the same. This mart was later used by SAS Analysts to create Models.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding the business requirements, functional and non- functional requirements by going through the specifications and inputs from Business Analysts, performing thorough impact analysis based on requirements.

Lead or participate in the definition, execution and communication of ETL strategy.

Ab Initio Code development, Code Walkthrough-Conducting code reviews within the team to ensure that all standards and best practices are followed.

Preparing High level design documents, technical design documents, working with other ETL teams, testing teams, DBA’s, tech architects and CA7 job scheduling teams, responsible for on-time delivery of high quality code.

Production implementation and warranty support. Troubleshooting production critical issues under tight deadlines.
