Created multiple projects and deliverables of up to 10+ technical professionals (BA, Data Steward, DBA, Data Modeler developers and interns) to design and successful deploy data from a managed Teradata Data Marts from initial conception to deployment with a ~1.5m – 2m annual budget adjusted based on projects and resources. I supported Marketing, Campaign, Customer Loyalty and Engagement Teams business use cases, requirements, data training and requests.

Gathered requirements, designed and managed ETL developers for creating Informatica and SAS processes for loading Customer Intelligence Hub Teradata DB, Campaign Performance Dashboard Teradata DB, Campaign QA Teradata DB and other SAS Ad hoc Projects using agile and waterfall methodologies. This supported data used in campaigns lists, campaign performance analysis, customer profiling, statistical models, research, reporting, insights and advanced analytics.

Created Sky Club Liquor Inventory DB2 database allowing Delta to capture liquor usage, inventory and spend by liquor type by Club on consolidated basis for all Delta Sky Clubs (~$12M in annual spend) due to collecting requirements along with designing and managing project, timelines and deliverables of Java App and Tableau reporting (DBA and Java developers).
