*Logistics Director. In the last two field-seasons I have directed the leased fleet responsible for our milling, asphalt, materials procurement and tear-out. My department had over a 3.5 million-dollar annual budget.

*Right-of-Way Superintendent. In the 2015 and 2016 field-seasons I was in charge of working with our storm sewer contractors, coordinating with KCPL and Water One, and the liaison between O’Donnell and the Public Works Department and the residents of Prairie Village and KDoT on the 3.5 million-dollar project.

*Project Superintendent. Prior to 2014 I was the O’Donnell on-site superintendent for such multi-million dollar projects as Tallgrass Creek Retirement Center, the Prairie Fire Residential and Commercial Development Center, and the Corbin Park shopping plaza.

I was the lead grade-checker/surveyor for E.S.I., building the Quindaro Levee, lead grade-checker/pipe-layer for A.P.A.C. during the construction of the Kansas Speedway, and the lead grade-checker for Sierra Bravo in the MODoT Highway 13 Corridor Lowry City to Clinton 4-Lane Construction Project.

I was a loan officer/loan originator working from Richmond to Clinton, and Grain Valley to Lincoln procuring, processing and closing VA, FHA, Conventional, and Rural Development loans for Frist Community Bank of Knob Noster, MO. I was a purely commission-paid agent. I closed over 20 million dollars in loans my third year after entering the market without a single contact.
