1.Enhancement of production in tapeline extrusion machine 6 months

•Designation: Team leader

•Responsibility: Tapeline extrusion machine from ‘Shankar packaging Ltd.’, Vadodara has been reverse engineered and modified to enhance its production rate resulting in direct improvement in profit

2.Gearless Power transmission in a drilling machine 6 months

•Designation: Group leader

•Responsibilities: A new design has been made to modify drilling machine's power transmission so that it can be converted to automated drilling machine to drill at any angle

TRAINING

•One month of internship at IOCL Vadodara, where I experienced mechanical maintenance practically during my transition from 3rd year to 4th year of Engineering.

•Completed the course of 40 hours of “ESSENTIALS OF NX DESIGNERS” governed by SIEMENS at Dr. S & S.S. Gandhi Government Engineering College, Surat in 2016.
