Built and directed cross-functional program management team across multiple geographies. Partnered with more than 30 QCT technology software development and test teams including Boot, PMIC, Kernel, Debug, Security, Storage, USB, Power and Performance (800 engineers) to deliver portfolio of concurrent technical projects. Worked with engineering leadership to define strategy, processes, documentation, and deliver on commitments.
Contributed to multiple Premium tier SnapDragon chipset software programs launches by delivering all Core Technologies features on time, on budget, and to specification. Established product roadmaps, led technology workshops / architecture meetings, and prioritized resources and milestones, meeting or exceeding customer power and performance goals.
