Selected Successes

Key advocate and driver for and successfully introduced and installed Exela’s’s first UCS deployment. Implementation led to the successful migration of corporate SAP deployment from 20+ physical servers to two chassis containing five blades each for Production and DR respectively. Deployment led to overall reduction in operational costs and datacenter footprint.

Instrumental in securing Riverbed as a partner to Exela’s and the design, engineering and deployment of Riverbed’s technologies to the WAN. This partnership has led to a reduction to network transaction speeds and monetary recoveries through reduced bandwidth utilization, improved network visibility and troubleshooting and increases to application/process/service performance and availability.

Integral resource in the successful modernization and transition of Exela’s’s primary datacenter to a new facility and Nexus equipment, as well as the collapse of multiple datacenters and co-locations into two central datacenters following the acquisition and merges of three other BPO organizations.

Specifically recruited for the purposes of assisting Exela’s in launching their new Special Projects vertical and assisting in the transitions and integrations following the merger of the HOV Services and SourceCorp. The successful launch of the Special Projects vertical and Exela’s merger has had the direct effect of generating sufficient capital returns for Exela’s’s Executive Management Team to continue to grow the business both through sourcing of new customers and projects as well as through the acquisition of other BPO’s.

Installed and configured network and security architecture for PRMS and JSETS networks to Department of Defense and Federal security directives and guidelines including STIGs, DIACAP and Information Systems Security Checklists.

Reviewed existing PRMS and JSETs network architecture, corrected existing design and implementation flaws, made recommendations and implemented improvements
